Fort Lauderdale, FL, April 14, 2008 The Laredo Group announced today that Keith Norman joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. The Laredo Group is the leading internet and interactive training and consulting firm for agencies, marketers, and publishers dedicated to helping clients increase sales and decrease costs.

An industry veteran, Mr. Norman brings nearly 15 years of broadcasting, sales and interactive experience to this newly created staff position. Most recently, he served as the Internet Director for Waterman Broadcasting Corp., a leading multi-platform communications company based in Fort Myers, Florida. The privately held company owns and operates broadcast television network affiliates, cable stations and web sites in the Southeastern United States.
In his ten years as founder and leader of the company's Internet division, Mr. Norman established and grew the sales, marketing and business development team for five of the company's seven websites including broadcast network affiliate WBBH-HD's NBC-2.com, NBC2GO (mobile) and NBC2Investigators.com and broadcast network affiliate WZVN-HD's ABC-7.com and ABC7NOW (mobile). Under Mr. Norman's leadership, the award-winning web sites consistently lead the market in performance and were profitable for several years as he grew revenues by no less than 30% annually. Prior to joining Waterman Broadcasting, Mr. Norman held senior-level positions over four years with MSNBC and CNBC including Producer for Brian Williams and Chris Matthews.

A native of Atlantic City, New Jersey, Mr. Norman holds an undergraduate degree in economics and finance from Farleigh Dickinson University and studied broadcasting at The George Washington University.
